Pavement Condition Assessment - Data Collection Performance Agreement including Skid Resistance This Data Collection Performance Agreement (DCPA) is between Transport and Main Roads (TMR) and the Australian Road Research Board (ARRB) Group. This agreement will be managed by the Transport System Asset Management (TSAM) Unit. The DCPA provides for network-level data collection activities including: • road surface condition, road geometry and Digital Video Road (DVR) for the state-controlled road network; and • skid resistance testing on selected ramps and roads. This agreement covers data collection activities for the 2022-23 financial year.
